BOOKING (RESISTING, PUBLIC INTOX.): On Dec. 22 at 9:52 p.m. in the 10000 area of El Sereno Avenue, 27-year-old Randy Christopher Putt was arrested on suspicion of resisting or obstructing a peace officer or other public safety official and public intoxication. Putt was being held on $25,000 bail at the Victor Valley Jail.

BOOKING (DUI): On Dec. 21 at 8:35 p.m. in the area of Old Woman Springs Road and Visalia, 29-year-old Abraham John Terrones of Lucerne Valley was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content above the legal limit. Terrones was cited and released the next morning.

BOOKING (JAIL COMMITMENT): On Dec. 18 at the Victorville Courthouse, 54-year-old Aaron Kendall Wyatt of Lucerne Valley was booked into custody on a jail commitment related to charges stemming from an incident involving a neighbor earlier this year. Wyatt is accused of causing great bodily injury on an elderly adult, two counts of making a criminal threat and violating a protective order.

The alleged crimes took place in October, when a neighbor accused Wyatt of threatening him and shooting him with an air rifle. Wyatt and the neighbor had an ongoing dispute over property lines.

Wyatt has not been convicted of the crimes, but a judge has determined that he will answer to the charges in court. A $200,000 bail bond was posted on his behalf, and he was released later the same day.
