David and Millie Rader announce the engagement of their son Devon Rader to Crystal Johnston, daughter of Carla Johnston and Patrick Gallagher of Big Bear Lake, California. The couple is employed by Copper Mountain Ski Resort in Colorado. A September 2016, wedding is planned. Friends and family celebrated the engagement with an intimate gathering at Lucerne Valley Community Church, Sunday, October 18.
