The local Chapter of TOPS will hold a Rummage Sale on Saturday, Sept. 3 at 8 a.m. in an area next to the China House. The sale will include small kitchen appliances, books, clothes, etc. TOPS., also known as Taking Off Pounds Sensibly, is a highly involved community organization.
