
1. School Board Candidate Forum: Lucerne Valley FFA student leaders will moderate a School Board Candidate Forum at the next meeting of the Lucerne Valley Economic Development Association. All four candidates for the upcoming election for two Lucerne Valley Unified School District school board seats have confirmed for the event. They are incumbents Tom Courtney and Mavrick Von Haug and challengers Jean Morgan and Ruben Medina.

2. RM Master Hay & Feed Celebration: RM Master Hay & Feed will host its one-year anniversary celebration. To celebrate, the feed store will provide free samples, giveaways, drawings and in-store specials. Drawing prizes include bags of feed, tack, grooming items, vet supplies and other items. The Ranchers Market/Craft Fair and Animal Swap will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

3. Congregation Family Parking Lot Sale: Crossroads Chapel Church will be holding a Congregation Family Parking Lot Sale. Several families are getting their wares ready, and we'll have a shaded area in which to shop. Items include furniture, Christmas items, household goods, snowboards and more. The community is invited to shop early for Christmas.

4. Crazy About Trains? Join Steve Roll for a journey through railroad history hosted by the Lucerne Valley Museum Association. Steve has an extensive collection of train stills and knows his railroad history. Light refreshments will be available.

The Luck at Hotel Cafe: London-born members Max and Esmay Luck are currently recording their upcoming EP, True North, alongside Paul Broucek, President of Music at Warner Brothers Pictures, and three-time Grammy Award-winning engineer/mixer, Ed Cherney (The Rolling Stones, Bonnie Raitt, Eric Clapton).
