ILLEGAL ENTRY: On June 25 at 11:05 p.m., a caller reported a possible illegal entry into his home in the 10000 area of Lincoln Road.
VANDALISM: On June 25 at 2:41 p.m., a caller reported a tenant was damaging her rental home in the area of Trade Post and Mesa roads. The woman also reported the tenant owed $10,000 in back rent. Deputies advised the landlady to deal with the issue as a civil matter.
DISTURBANCE: On June 25 at 3:15 a.m., a caller in the area of Oracle and Barstow roads reported a family disturbance. When deputies arrived, the reporting party was asleep. After he awoke, he said everything was OK.
GTA RECOVERY: On June 24 at 8:29 a.m., a stolen vehicle was recovered in the area of Lincoln Road and Visalia Avenue.The vehicle was missing its radiator.
GRAND THEFT: On June 23 at 10:06 p.m., a caller reported someone in a gray or blue Ford pickup trauck had taken five steel corrals from his property in the area of Paz Road and First Street. Upon investigating, deputies determined the items may have been taken by someone who the reporting party expected to pick up them up at a later date. Deputies advised the man to contact that person and discuss the issue.
PETTY THEFT: On June 23 at 5:46 p.m., the Lucerne Valley Market reported two juveniles had stolen some alcohol and Red Bull and left on foot toward Pioneer Park.
GRAND THEFT: On June 23 at 5:44 p.m., a caller reported someone had stolen the propeller shaft from the back of his boat, which was stored at a friend’s property in the area of Trade Post and Mesa roads. The propeller had a value of about $2,000.
VANDALISM: On June 23 at 11:31 a.m., a caller reported that her tenants had vandalized her home. The caller said she had asked the tenants to leave her home, but they were not formally evicted. Deputies advised the woman of landlord/tenant rights issues, and the woman said she may take the tenants to small claims court. No major damage was observed by deputies.
DISTURBANCE: On June 22 at 8:56 p.m., a caller reported his neighbors in the area of Willow Wells Avenue and Alamo Street were partying and riding their all-terrain vehicles on the street at a high rate of speed.
ANIMAL PROBLEM: On June 22 at 8:46 p.m., a caller reported a chihuahua dog bit his girlfriend while the couple was on a walk in the area of Sharon Avenue and Custer Avenue. The caller wanted deputies to contact the dog’s owner to make sure it had vaccines.
GRAND THEFT: On June 19 at 2:03 p.m., a caller reported a jewelry box and other items were stolen from her backyard in the area of Fairlane Road and Joshua Boulevard. The caller reported a white truck had been on her property.
PETTY THEFT: On June 19 at 1:31 p.m., a caller in the area of Haven Rest and Kendall roads reported that property had been stolen out of rooms from the motel he owns.
