The Leader publishes the names of those who are arrested in Lucerne Valley as well as Lucerne Valley residents who are arrested elsewhere in San Bernardino County, along with the reason for their arrest. All information comes from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.
BOOKING (DRUG PARAPHERNALIA): On Nov. 21 at 4:20 p.m. in the 20000 area of Desert View Road, 46-year-old John Lee Phillips of Lucerne Valley was arrested on a Sheriff’s warrant for being under the suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia and drugs. He was booked into the Victor Valley Station and bail was set for $15,000. He was released on Nov. 26.
BOOKING (STALKING): On Nov. 24 at 9:55 p.m. in the 30000 area of Neighborly Place, 37-year-old Andrew Franklin Harris of Lucerne Valley was arrested on suspicion of stalking. He was booked into the Victor Valley Station and bail was set at $50,000. He was released two days later.
BOOKING (DRUG POSSESSION): On Nov. 27 at 10:32 a.m. in the area of Highway 18 and Dale Evans Parkway in Apple Valley, 44-year-old Jennifer Anne Rankin of Lucerne Valley was arrested on suspicion of drug possession. She was booked and bail was set at $25,000. She was released later the same day.
BOOKING (CREDIT CARD FRAUD): On Nov. 27 at 10:30 a.m., 31-year-old Michael Shaun Buckmaster of Lucerne Valley was arrested on suspicion of credit card fraud and receiving stolen property. He was booked into the West Valley Detention Center and bail was set at $25,000.
BOOKING (DUI): On Nov. 27 at 6:01 p.m. in the 30000 area of Spinel Road, 53-year-old Kathleen Jean Arrellano of Lucerne Valley was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. She was booked into the Victor Valley Station and released the next day.
