Along with the newly reconstructed club house, many visitors were greeted by a colorfully painted water tower on the Lucerne Valley Moose Lodge 2096 property. The artwork was created by Elizabeth Barbosa, who also painted a mural on the new El Coyote Loco Restaurant building. Barbosa also is the office manager for the Lucerne Valley Chamber of Commerce.
