Dotti Briscoe, a long time resident of Lucerne Valley, celebrated her 98th birthday on Aug. 27 at Sterling Inn. Close friends who celebrated this momentous occasion with her were Rivits Roberts, David Turner, Tommie Gebo, Harriet Calfy, Janet Miller, Kathy Graham and Shirley Clemmons.
